Memorial day is a great day to celebrate our fallen heroes from years past. There has been long running traditions on Long Island for barbecues, beach days and parks, and Bethpage Taxi And Airport Service wants to help you explore some excellemt memorial day spots

3- Tobay Beach- the beach net door to Jones Beach to the East, located in Massapequa NY 11758 is a beach exclusive to the town of Oyster Bay Residents. There is a certain air of exclusivity here with some fantastic beach views, non crowded beach and top notch seafood restaurants.
4- West End 2- West End 2 at Jones Beach State Park is one of few surfing spots in Nassau County and if you enjoy the sport of surfing or are amused by the surfers balancing on the waves, you should check out West End 2.
5- Island Park- this little village nestled between Oceanside NY 11572 and Long Beach NY 11561 is a perfect spot for fishing or to consume the freshly caught fish in its seemingly endless row of restaurants, mot notably Pete's Clam Bar and Jimmy Hays Steak House.
6- Long Beach West End- a long time favorite for Long Island Night Life featurin many bars and restaurants including Minnesota's, The Inn, The Jetty and the Beach House. There is a beach theme/seafood theme to most restaurants and bars in the West End for obvious reasons. 7- Muttontown Preserve- if hiking is your favorite past time, there is no part of Nassau County more beautiful than the Muttontown Preserve. It is a rich forest full of frogs, toads turtles, lizards and fellow hikers whom are experiencing he same breathtakig views that you are enjying.
8- Rockville Center- the king daddy of all Nassau County Nightlife, at least the most bars going on at once in almost the smallest little area. You could do much worse than trying out Parlay, Kacey;'s Kitchen and Cocatails and the Beach House (same one that's in Long Beach)
9- Mulcahy's its no wonder that the town in which Jones Beach is Located in has so much going on in the summer. Make sure to go to mulcahy's for lifeguard night, all the local concerts and more
10- Barbecue - skip all the places and just throw a big bacbcue and then invite the staff at Bethpage Taxi And Airport Service to join you!
